Send me an inquiry below or the Contact Us page. After you inquire, within 48 hours, I will reach out to you setting up a time that we can talk one on one about your event and see if Ethereal is the right fit for your event.

Booking & Deposit

Once you have made the decision to book with Ethereal, a 50% deposit is required to secure booking. The remainder is due the day of your event, before your event begins. Once you have secured your booking, I will send you an extremely detailed questionnaire about your event. Once this has been completed and returned to me. We will schedule our first planning meeting.

Ethereal does not book more than 2 events per day. If you are booking a wedding with Ethereal, we will block off the entire day as well as the night before your wedding to ensure your wedding has top priority.

Planning

This is the fun part. We will get started planning your event. Depending on the type of event, this is when we would plan a time to see the venue or dining space together, create vision boards, monthly or weekly meetings, book vendors, and truly take the time to talk about your ideas and how they can realistically be brought to life.

Your Event

This is where I get to do my thing. Taking the time to ensure your event runs smoothly. With your vision in mind, I am the point of contact, the director of the day, the solve it before its a problem person. All you need to do is sit back, relax & enjoy what you are paying for.
